Duluth-Superior Public Access Community Television Inc

Duluth Public Access Community Television, PACT, is a non-profit organization that promotes, encourages and enables individuals and groups to produce local programs in the Duluth, Minnesota area and beyond.  Individuals and organizations may take classes, use state-of-the-art equipment to record, edit and produce shows.  PACT helps individuals and organizations realize their visions and dreams of what they want to say through the technology and creativity of video recording and editing.
