Dragon Crane Movement Arts

Dragon Crane provides movement classes to anyone seeking to learn, regardless of physical or financial ability. By making wellness our top priority, we strive to build fitness equity through programs that strengthen our students in all areas of life. When you purchase products and services, or make a donation at Dragon Crane, you are supporting wellness resources for all.

Dragon Crane collaborates with community groups and organizations to create learning opportunities in movement arts. Collaborations have included qigong wellness retreats and workshops, self-defense workshops, tournaments and exhibitions, private training, and ongoing classes. Our primary goal is to open doors to those who might not otherwise be able to access these movement arts, regardless of ability, or ability to pay.

We believe strongly in wellness equity. We also believe in boldness, integrity and the inherent dignity and worth of every person. We know that individuals who become stronger in self, physically and mentally, will use that strength to deepen relationships, family and community. It is our vision to create open, inviting, safe experiences where people of all ages, backgrounds, shapes and sizes can come together to move, connect, grow, break boundaries and build bonds.
