Every day we bring hope to the most vulnerable students, teachers, and families in world. Our mission is to support increased access to inclusive, equitable, and quality educational opportunities, and to improve living conditions in rural and underserved communities in Africa. Dandabu, Sierra Leone is a small, rural, subsistence farming community plagued by extreme poverty. Our work is vital to the people of the village. Your donation helps support dedicated teachers and increase access to education for young students. With your help, we are progressively increasing teachers' salary (they are currently living below the extreme poverty line), sending teachers to teacher training programs at the local university, waiving student fees and therefore reducing barriers to education, and providing school resources and much-needed improvements to school infrastructure.
