Mission: The Cycling Museum of Minnesota is a hub for unlocking the transformative role of bicycles.

For this year's Give to the Max we know how strained financially and emotionally many of us are at this moment. If you are participating in this year's Give to the Max Day, we hope you include the Cycling Museum of Minnesota in your annual day of giving. 

As Minnesota continues to be one of the most bikeable states in America; It stands to reason there should be a cycling museum here. And we couldn't have made it this far without incredible folks like you and local businesses that have given both financially and donated items for silent auctions, as well as food and drinks to our events. 

Your gifts will help ensure we can keep the collection safe in The Vault space, continue to maintain our website and general operating costs for this upcoming year.

The Cycling Museum of Minnesota, dedicated to preserving and sharing the impact of cycling on the past, present, and future of our state.

Since opening in 2014, CMM has rolled out a rich and varied list of activities, engaging hundreds from across the state. 

• Connected with Minnesota BMX experts and collectors to create a pop-up exhibit at our RAD! bike party.
• Launched SpokesPeople: a speaker series that highlights local bike-notables and gives them a space to tell their stories.
• Piloted our first-ever Bring Your Old Bike Rally & Ride event for a family-friendly afternoon for vintage bike aficionados and first-timers alike.
• Participated in Northern Spark by exhibiting an interactive poetry/artwork installation SPOKEn Word - Cycles Speak
• Exhibitions, such as LifeCYCLE: Stories from the Minnesota Bike Community, an exciting exhibit featuring Minnesota cycling leaders.
