OUR VISION

Today, we continue our proud legacy of ensuring Raider Excellence– excellence for the whole student – mind, body and soul. We want our students to develop strong minds through our distinctive academic programs, the soul through our dedication to Catholic values, and the body through our strong athletic tradition.

We want our Raiders to be champions in every aspect of their lives. With pride in our past and an eye to the future, we plan to build on our history through the Campaign for Raider Excellence! 

It is time to enhance our students’ experience and bolster enrollment by making critical improvements to our facilities, while continuing our commitment to vital tuition assistance and merit scholarships for students.

This is no small feat, but with your help, we can embrace the possibilities and ensure Raider excellence in both:

• The spaces that impact all our students during and after the school day.
• Supporting the financial needs of the students and their families who seek a CDH education.

We can be proud of our impactful efforts so far, but the needs of our families are growing. 

CDH is generous in financial support for families who demonstrate need. But our family needs are growing and our tuition assistance must grow as well. 

We are proud of our high level of participation in cocurriculars and the impact on a student's education experience. CDH participation in sports is double the Minnesota average of participation (and Minnesota impressively ranks 5th in the nation). Our students have amazing opportunities and our facilities are well-utilized and we must ensure they remain competitive among our peer schools.  

OUR PLAN

Our Raider Excellence goal is $11 million. We have raised $6.1 million and due to the generosity of our early donors, wee have already completed improvements to our health and wellness facilities in September 2024.

There is more to do and we need your support to reach our goal!

• Continue our commitment to vital tuition assistance and scholarships for our students.
• Upgrade campus areas that impact our students' experience every day but are nearing the end of their functional life.
  • Joe Mauer Field House, replace floor and bleachers
  • Pat Dalton Fitness Center, update equipment
  • Wingerd Field, replace turf
  • Shrode Baseball Field and Softball Field, new seating, batting cages, and dugouts
