With each new day comes new opportunity to facilitate Country Manor’s mission of enriching lives.  All funds raised are reinvested into programs, projects and equipment  that will provide the best quality of life for the individuals and families we serve.  The heart of the Country Manor Foundation  lies in advocating for the residents of Country Manor. The personal stories, requests and suggestions  we receive from our residents and tenants are where our fundraising ideas come from; we are honored to serve them and want to make their wishes come true.  We continually strive to provide the best quality of life to residents and tenants of Country Manor by offering superior care and services in a place they are proud to call home. We are committed to maintaining our position as a leader in providing innovative, effective and superior health care.

For 40 over years, Country Manor Campus has been recognized as a leader in superior services. What began as a 64 bed nursing facility has transformed into a 25 acre campus; boasting a lifestyle enhanced with unsurpassed amenities. Full service restaurant and bar, private suites, state-of-the-art wellness center including 4 separate therapy gyms, HydroWorx warm water therapy pool, unique therapies like pet, music and massage therapy. Individualized activity and entertainment programming, 3 full-service salon & spas, convenience store, pharmacy, Subway restaurant, clinic, bank, child care, transportation services, 7,000 square foot Chapel, barbeque terrace and a secured 1.25 acre court yard are just some of the items offered to clients of Country Manor Campus.

The Country Manor Foundation is a Non- Profit Organization designed to  support  the unmet needs of the residents and tenants of the Country Manor Campus in Sartell, MN. We are very excited to announce that we opened a second location in St. Joseph, MN named Woodcrest in Novemeber 2017.

*Our goal is to raise $10,000 towards Quality of Life Care.
