ConnectAbility of MN empowers people with physical and invisible barriers to achieve their potential.

For individuals with disabilities, it may be difficult to access cutting-edge technology, a comfortable home, and safe transportation. This can make everyday tasks, like cooking, going to work, and enjoying leisure activities especially challenging. ConnectAbility of MN specializes in providing transportation, making homes accessible, providing access to assistive technology, and more so that individuals with disabilities can live a life free of limitations. We are here to make a difference in the lives of those who need a “hand up.”

ConnectAbility of MN is a nonprofit organization that provides coordination of services and programs to people with any disability of any age anywhere in Minnesota.

Our Connect Programs:

ConnectAbility of MN has several community investment programs including Adaptive Equipment program, Donated Equipment Program, Age-Friendly Programs, Reset Connect, and Community Inclusion Events.

Connect aims to bridge gaps in services for people with a variety of challenges.

These programs include:

Our Coordinated Services:

We collaborate with case managers, private caregivers, and families directly to provide and coordinate a wide range of services. We also partner with other nonprofit organizations to work together to serve more people more effectively without duplicating efforts.

These services are provided for those supported by waivers, other insurances, and private pay options.
