Spring Valley Senior Living is comprised of five primary areas:  A 50 bed skilled nursing facility; 14 unit assisted living facility; 20 “flexible living” apartments; therapy services for clients within and outside of the facility; and home health care services. The organization serves more than 200 Minnesotan's a year.  Spring Valley Senior Living provides quality long term health care and senior housing in Spring Valley and the surrounding communities and enhances quality of life through innovation, ongoing education, and encouragement.
