Every day, residents, staff, and community partners are supporting each other and adding to the vibrancy of our communities.

At CommonBond, providing affordable housing is a critical first step, but it is not the finish line. It's the services, relationships, and community surrounding the housing that help folks thrive where they live.

Home is where we gather, grow, and find connection and stability. Everyone deserves to have that foundation of support that can act as a launching pad to take them to the next place in their journey. 

Last year, 6,560 residents turned to our vital Advantage Services – for support with education, employment, financial stability, health and wellness, and so much more.

A senior resident is pursuing new interests and making connections through taking a clay class on site, reducing social isolation. A resident barber is providing haircuts in the community, a much-needed resource for families. Residents and staff work together to form and take care of a community garden on the property that supplies healthy food and allows folks to truly care for where they live. A CommonBond staff member partners with community members to hold a food distribution on-site that supports residents and neighbors in the area.

• $50 can cover the cost of weekly Coffee Hour to reduce social isolation in senior communities.

• $75 can provide a "move-in kit" for a new CommonBond resident after experiencing homelessness.
• $100 can provide 4 teens with a college visit experience that helps them plan for their future.
• $150 can provide eviction prevention assistance to 1 resident through individualized support.
