RATIONING CARE
Congress is giving Medicare Advantage plans millions of extra dollars so they can offer zero-dollar premiums and gym programs that entice senior citizens to choose these plans. These health plans, according to federal reports, are rationing medically necessary care. CCHF’s unique MEDICARE HOW-TO GUIDE informs seniors and warns them about 10 Medicare Traps, including Medicare Advantage.

VIOLATING PRIVACY RIGHTS
Too often, clinic visits feel more like data extraction centers than medical appointments. DIVIDING FAMILIES
Bobbi took her 11-year-old daughter and 13-year-old son to a clinic. Bobbi was told she could not see her children's medical records without permission from her children. Her daughter agreed. Her son refused: "It's my right!"  The health care industry, in collaboration with anti-family government policies, is using the exam room to separate parents from their children and cause dissension. This must stop.
