Celebrating our 34th Season!

Greetings!

We’ve entered our 34th Season! It’s amazing to be at this place in our company’s history. We are so appreciative of all the support from you and others that we’ve enjoyed throughout the years. We are truly fortunate. 

The past two post-Covid seasons we have presented concerts at the TEK BOX in the Cowles Center. Both years we had our largest (and most enthusiastic) audiences ever. It’s great to be back rehearsing and performing.

This season will be a bit different for CWDC. We have decided to spend the year developing new work to formally present in concert next fall in celebration of our 35th season. This coming spring we’ll preview some of this new work in an informal showing of works-in-progress — and, as in past years, we’ll perform in summer festivals here in Minneapolis and in Duluth. Here are our plans: 

Spring Dance Works-in-Progress Showing – April 13, 2025 - Location TBA

Dances on the Lakewalk, Duluth - July 11 & 12, 2025

Dances at the Lake, Minneapolis - July 18 & 19, 2025 

Fall Concert – week of November 10-16, 2025 - Location TBA
