“Help me to do it myself.” Children have repeated this phrase again and again, throughout time, all over the world. Dr. Maria Montessori believed that education should be an “aid to life” – the transformation of the total personality. Since 1987, the aim of Children’s Workshop Montessori has been to develop within the child a global vision, a life-long love of learning and a sense of responsibility toward humanity. All aspects of the Montessori experience come together to foster the development of integrated, committed, respectful, loving and caring human beings.

Every Gift Matters.

As parents, faculty, staff, and friends of Children’s Workshop we have the opportunity to make a true difference in the daily lives of our children and those yet to be a part of the CW community. Each gift has a lasting impact on the children and future children at Children’s Workshop.

As a non-profit school, Children’s Workshop Montessori (CW) relies on gifts of time, talent, and financial support to ensure continued excellence and growth in our programming.

CW has identified two main funding gaps which we feel are worth putting our fundraising focus into this year:

1- Student Experience: This area includes improving the activities and environments that deepen students’ learning experience (such as field trips), replacing old/outdated equipment and materials, supporting our before and after-school programs, and inviting expert speakers/guests. 

2 -Tuition Assistance: It’s time to invest in growing our Financial Aid for students who attend Children’s Workshop Montessori School. Just this year, approximately 8% of our families withdrew or planned to withdraw due to financial hardships. It doesn’t help that inflation is continuing to trend and living circumstances are being negatively impacted. Dollars contributed to our annual fund will allow us to provide an emergency fund to help families with tuition so they can continue to receive high-quality Montessori Education during a financial crisis and thus to pave the way for brighter futures. It will also allow our school to be more inclusive of communities that would otherwise not be able to afford full tuition.

We ask that every stakeholder participate by giving an amount meaningful to them. Gifts to our fundraisers are fully tax-deductible.
