🎉 Celebrating 100 Years of Camp Fire Magic
This year marks an incredible milestone for Camp Fire Minnesota: a century of empowering young people to discover themselves, connect with others, and cherish the natural world. Since 1924, Camp Fire has been more than just a place—it’s a thriving community that nurtures growth, fosters friendships, and inspires positive change. Each cabin door that swings open invites a young person into a journey of self-discovery, creating lifelong memories in an inclusive and supportive environment.
How do we create this magic?
Reflecting on Our Past, Embracing the Future
From laughter echoing through the woods to quiet moments under the stars, every shared experience at Camp Fire reminds us of the magic that makes this place so special. As we look back on the memories and forward to the future, we invite you to join us in keeping this spirit alive, empowering youth, and protecting our environment for the next 100 years.
🙌 Help Us Spark the Next 100 Years
Imagine the joy of young campers like Ben, whose smile reflects the happiness and growth that camp fosters. Together, let’s create opportunities for all young people to find their joy in nature and connect with the community. Watch Ben in the video below to see this joy firsthand!
Our Impact
The benefits of nature-based programs include sparking creativity and critical thinking skills; reducing nature deficit disorder; increasing healthy lifestyles; and empowering youth to care for their local community and the planet. When youth connect with nature, they gain skills and are healthier, happier, and more empowered to care for the environment. At Camp Fire, we are encouraging more youth to get outside to explore the benefits of nature.
