Nestled among towering trees on a peninsula between two lakes, Camp Wapo is an escape into a world of fun, friendship, and discovery for all ages. We celebrate opportunities to untangle from technology and encourage play.  We nurture faith and build community centered in the faith practices of the church: worship, prayer, devotions, bible study, service, caring conversations, and hospitality.

Inspired by Romans 15:13, our theme if Breathe. "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the powere of the Holy Spirit." Whether it is singing around the campfire, in community with others, or in moments of quiet reflection, the Holy Spirit is our constant companion, leading us, comforting us, and helping us grow in faith and courage.

At Camp Wapo, Ox Lake, and Wilderness Canoe Base, we take seriously the task of sharing God's love with campers and guests through building relationships and creating community. Our goal is for each camper and guest of any age, to depart knowing they are loved by God and cared for by all.

Please join us in kicking off this event and joining in our efforts to raise funds to support a high quality camp operation, year-round programs, and provide scholarships for families with financial need.
