Camp Quality Minnesota

Camp Quality MN is a summer camp and support program for children with cancer or life-threatening blood disorders, ages 7-17, and their siblings. We provide annual social programs, camping experiences, virtual events, and companionship, at no cost.

Children and families battling these conditions face many difficult physical and emotional challenges. Our summer camp provides a medically supervised environment for kids to have fun and reach new heights of self-confidence alongside peers with similar experiences.  Our programs promote hope, inspiration, and psycho social support while helping children foster life skills to develop their full potential.

Due to pandemic restrictions, Camp Quality MN provided an online camp this summer in place of physical camp. Campers were sent free weekly activities, camp gear, and login information for daily events that took place throughout the day. Campers enjoyed virtual cabin time with their friends, activity workshops (i.e. martial arts, songwriting, craft-making, dance), talent shows, a dance party, and nightly "campfire" entertainment. The success, and joy the "Camp IN" program brought to families this year, was wonderful to see. Although we hope to return to physical camp in the future, we would like to ensure this program along with our on-site camp is fully prepared to meed the needs of campers no matter the circumstances. Camp Quality events are some of the most anticipated experiences of many of our campers' years and make a huge impact in their lives.
