Bob Tavani House for Medical Respite (BTH) provides a supportive home environment while fostering connections to community for individuals who have an immediate medical need and lack safe housing. Our vision is a Twin Ports community where all people heal in a supportive home environment. 

Here's a high-level overview of what we are on track to achieve in 2025!

• Expand our in-house physical and behavioral health service offerings.
• Build and engage in coalitions to meet medical respite and housing needs in Minnesota.
• Evaluate real-time emergency department encounter data to effectively grow in order to meet the needs of St. Louis County.
• Expand our community through post-covid volunteer engagement.
• Anticipated enhanced sustainability through Medicaid reimbursement.
• Continue to be a critical part of the continuum-of-care for those experiencing homelessness who are exiting a hospital setting after an acute medical intervention.
