The mission of the Black, Educated, Successful, Thriving (B.E.S.T.) Young Male Enrichment Program is to empower young Black males in Minnesota to excel academically and personally, leading to college graduation and successful entry into professional careers.

Established in 2024, driven by our dedication to equity and excellence, the Black, Educated, Successful, Thriving (B.E.S.T.) Young Male Enrichment Program is committed to transforming the narrative for Black males in education, career, and beyond, creating a future where every Black male not only survives but thrives.
