JOIN US IN ADVANCING CRAFT-CENTERED LIVELIHOODS AND WAYS OF LIVING

For eight decades, the American Craft Council has fostered the livelihoods of craft artists and sustained a nationwide community that values the artful work of the human hand. Your contribution allows us to continue this vital work, creating a more joyful, humane, and regenerative world through craft.

With your support, ACC  is:

  • Providing educational opportunities, connections, and other resources to support craft artists and makers on their diverse career paths. For example,  Craft Lab, a virtual workshop program offered free to ACC members, helps artists hone the craft of business. Topics include photographing objects, financing business growth, and marketing craft.
  • Sharing the stories of craft and its makers with a nationwide audience through American Craft magazine and digital content.
  • Building community through in-person and virtual events that unite craft artists and makers with those who value their work. Please plan to join us for the debut of a new event at St. Paul’s Union Depot in June 2024 that will engage regional partners in creating craft-centered experiences that attract, inspire, and educate people of all ages.

Together, we are growing and sustaining a diverse, engaged community of members who love the handcrafted and understand the power of craft to transform individuals, communities, and society. Thank you!
