AccessAbility, Inc. - Serving as a beacon of hope for people facing barriers to employment, community, and education!

For over 70 years, AccessAbility has served the changing needs of the Twin Cities community. We have developed an innovative operating model to provide those in need with immediate access to vocational training and education, community integration services, and social support services. Individuals who come to AccessAbiltiy are often faced with multiple barriers to employment or community inclusion, including severe mental and physical disabilities, homelessness, a criminal history, limited chemical dependency, minimal work history, and limited educational experience.

Through social outreach and innovative, pioneering programs, AccessAbility strives to reduce vocational disparities in our community.
