A Mothers Love Initiative

A Mother’s Love Initiative believes the answer to the disparities we face is in the need to “Bring back the Village”. 

Applying the 3 "E's":

As a grassroots boots-on-the-ground organization, made up of mothers, fathers, and youth, we address disparities in our community through the three "E's": Education, Economics, and Empowerment. 

- We focus on violence reduction by applying the three "E's".

- We focus on homeless challenges by applying the three "E's".

- We focus on opioid use by combining harm reduction tools with the three "E's".

- We focus our efforts on strengthening families and our youth by applying the three "E's". 

We understand it all starts with what is packed in our "Invisible Suitcases" as children ( i.e. trauma, mental health challenges, addiction, abuse, and homelessness). Our services address these areas through harm reduction techniques. Because we were, and still are the people we serve, we use our own life experiences to help build strong communities, strong youth, and strong families with strong futures.

A Mother's Love Initiative works in a STRONG partnership with the community, nonprofits, for-profits, religious institutions, schools, coaches, our youth advisory board, law enforcement, and elected officials.

Last year we served 2,859 youth, families, and those suffering disparities and violence with guns in our Boots on the Ground efforts of meeting people where they are. So far, this year we have served
