Second Harvest Heartland Food Bank

Our mission at Second Harvest Heartland is to end hunger together. As a leading hunger-relief organization, our food bank provides 78% of the food distributed by more than 1,100 food shelves and hunger-relief programs in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We also help families enroll in food assistance and provide prepared meals for people who need more than groceries.   

We’re seeing unprecedented demand for our services in 2024—distributing 15% more food than last year—so we need every Minnesotan to come to the table.
