This year for Give to the Max Day I am choosing to support my favorite Native-led organization, and I want you to join me! MIGIZI is a local non-profit providing a strong circle of support that nurtures the educational, social, economic and cultural development of American Indian youth.

In 2021, only 58.5% of American Indian students in Minnesota graduated high school. Each year MIGIZI works to fight these statistics by providing our youth with academic and cultural support, both in-school and out-of-school. MIGIZI offers paid internships that develop skills in green jobs, construction, videography, podcasting, graphic design and so much more! 

This year MIGIZI has a goal of raising $50,000! The organization means so much to me that I volunteer my time as board chair and committee member.
