$2,000 Challenge Met!

Update posted 6 years ago

Thank you to all who have contributed to The Kart of Racing's fundraising effort to benefit Seattle Children's.  We have now earned our second $1,000 match and are close to hitting our goal of raising $2,500 ($4,500 with the Jackson-Dean matches)!

If you haven't donated yet, there is still a few days left before the race on Friday, June 15.  Also, start making plans to join us at PGP on the 15th as we attempt to make it three wins in a row.

Thanks to you, our coworkers, family and friends, THE KART OF RACING team raised over $4,400 for Seattle Children's Hospital at last year's race.  We would love to match or exceed that total this year - please consider clicking the DONATE button below.

The original team is reuniting this year in search of our 3rd win in a row! Scott Miller, Lonnie Welch, Ryan O'Hargan and Bill O'Hargan will take the green in the 2018 Pacific NW Karting Challenge on Friday, June 15th at Pacific Grand Prix (PGP) in Kent, WA.  (Zack Miller will be our alternate again this year).  Come out and cheer your team on!  The gates open at 4:00 pm and the race starts promptly at 6:00 pm.

We are proud to be driving under the Team Seattle banner once again.  Since its beginning in 1997, the Team Seattle Guild has raised over $5,000,000 for Seattle Children's Heart Center -  the most comprehensive pediatric cardiac care for Washington, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho. But the Heart Center's incredible pioneering research for pediatric cardiac conditions also benefits patients and their families the world over.  That's why we passionately support their work and vision.
