Meiko is a 5-month-old Labrador Golden Retriever Mix. He is working hard towards being partnered with an individual with a physical disability or Type 1 Diabetes. He loves going out in public so that he can watch all of the people that pass him by. He has proven to be quite social so far!
Known by the nickname “Meiko Melt”, he melts to the ground when his favorite people offer up belly scratches. It is adorable and oh so charming! He is also happy to join us in the hammock during playtime outside.
