Capital Improvements

Thanks to community support, the 510 Art Lab is celebrating 5 years and our space has become the heart of our community’s artistic life.  As we continue to inspire and engage our community through art, we rely on the generous support of individuals like you. This year, we are excited to launch our Capital Improvement Project, which aims to enhance and upgrade our facilities to better use our space, as well as operate efficiently.

Expanding Studios and Workspace:  In two phases, we would like to update the basement and improve the back part of our building.  This will allow us to better use the existing space, while increasing our workspace as well as our offerings.  We hope to be over 80 members by year end and so far in 2024 we have offered over 40 classes to nearly 300 participants.  We have made great use of the space we have, but we can do better. By expanding and modernizing our studio spaces, we can accommodate more artists and provide better resources for creative development.

Our goal is to raise $30,000-$40,000 to make this vision a reality.  We are seeking donations to help and every contribution, no matter the size, makes a significant difference in our ability to bring quality art experiences to central Minnesota.
