I absolutely love the messages that our P4T leaders share with our impressionable middle school students! They're true agents of change.
I will be representing Project for Teens as a Champion Runner in the Mankato Marathon on October 21-22, 2017.
Project for Teens is a peer education program involving Mankato area high school students dedicated to preventing teen pregnancy and promoting the well-being of their younger peers.
Project for Teens Peer Leaders serve as dynamic and positive role models to;
* Promote healthy and responsible decision-making
* Provide accurate information about risks associated with sexual and other behaviors (alcohol and drug use, cyber-activity and bullying).
* Address the reality of peer pressure at the middle school levels
* Teach effective communication skills
"Project 4 teens is made up of an amazing group of High School students that are positive role- models for future high school students. Raising money for this awesome charity is my main goal for running this race."
