Over 10,000 older people in Minnesota get help to live at home from the 32 small nonprofits that comprise the Living at Home Network
The organizations that comprise the Living at Home Network take a unique neighbor helping neighbor approach with each program having a local Board of Directors that know the needs in their community. The programs mobilize volunteers and other resources to help older adults stay living at home. Services include volunteer visits, transportation, health promotion and individually figuring what is important to each person served. The Living at Home Network provides connections and support to the 32 member programs. Your donation will help strengthen this network.
