Celebrating 35 Years of Groundbreaking Flamenco Dance Theater

Happy 35th Birthday to Zorongo Flamenco Dance Theatre!  We are excited to invite you to celebrate 35 years of groundbreaking flamenco by helping to sustain consummate artistry.  Your gift will:
  • Support our spring concert, GARDEN OF NAMES, the re-staging of Susana's critically acclaimed dancework remembering Argentina's disappeared, and all those who remain voiceless in oppressive regimes.  This production features a heart-thumping collaboration with Joe Chvala's Flying Foot Forum!  Your contribution will also support our student matinee for only $5 per child
  • Ensure that our wildly successful Maja Apprentice program continues to develop gifted flamenco dancers and choreographers to maintain the integrity of Zorongo's art for future generations
  • Allow us to continue our practice of inviting the highest caliber of international flamenco talent to the Twin Cities - musicians, singers, dancers, choreographers - enthralling Minnesota audiences and providing local professional and avocational flamenco artists with technical expertise and deeply-rooted authenticity,
  • Support the Zorongo School, introducing the entire community to the deliriously, passionate art of flamenco and exposing all to its fiery brilliance.  Your gift also allows us to continue the practice of never turning away a student due to economic hardship.
Our goal is to raise $15,000 by January 1, 2018.  Please consider making a donation in your name or a loved one's name to help sustain Minnesota's award-winning, premiere flamenco arts company.  And thank you for your generosity!
