The Victory Neighborhood Association (ViNA) works to build a healthier, more vibrant, and more prosperous Victory Neighborhood. The organization has developed a park on Ryan Lake's waterfront, connects neighbors through its block ambassador initiative, and hosts events so residents can get to know each other and our neighborhood better.
