Join United Way of Hastings in Building a Better Hastings...One Child at a Time...
United Way of Hastings (UWH) originated as the United Fund in 1964 and helped set a precedent for compassionate support and care. Over the past 50+ years our core values and mission have remained the same. We continue to be your community fund helping individuals and families right here in the Hastings area.
UWH is working to advance the common good by focusing on education, income and health. These are the building blocks for a good life – a quality education that leads to a stable job, enough income to support a family through retirement, and good health. UWH is unique in our ability to focus on the entirety of what is needed in the Hastings area by mobilizing people and resources to address pressing issues.
Our goal is to create long-lasting changes that prevent problems from happening in the first place. Supporting United Way of Hastings is not just a donation, it is an investment in your community. All funds raised in our community stay in our community.
UWH serves residents of Independent School District #200 including Hastings, Hampton, Miesville, New Tier, Vermillion, Welch, and a portion of Washington County.
