Sol of the Cities

Sol of the Cities is a youth development organization committed to empowering, mentoring, and changing the narratives for youth, particularly those who are marginalized or economically disenfranchised. Through our innovative social currency model, we create opportunities for young people to thrive while fostering community connections and breaking down systemic barriers.

We are passionate about supporting youth, strengthening the Twin Cities, building community through service, and celebrating the power of soccer and futsal to unite and inspire.

    •    Stars of the Cities All-Star Soccer Games and College Readiness Workshop 

    •    Community Clinics and Career Exploration Opportunities

    •    SOLfood Thanksgiving Dinner for Foster Youth

    •    TC WinterSOLstice President’s Day Tournament
