About Us
Rise Up Health Clinics is a nurse-led, non-profit organization. The organization operates the Bear Care school-based health clinic, located in White Bear Lake. In fall 2023, Rise Up opened a second mobile clinic in St. Paul City School.
Our mission is to provide affordable, accessible healthcare services to children to improve health equity and educational outcomes. We provide no-cost services such as preventative care, sports physicals, vaccines, illness care, mental health counseling, and nutrition education.
On average, students who use the school-based healthh clinic have avoided missing nearly three hours of school (compared to going to another clinic).
During the 2023-2024 academic year, we provided no-cost health care services to 1200+ children!
Your donation helps support the health care provided to the community! Each year, we provide our patients and families approximately $65,000 worth of health services at no charge. Thank you for your support!
