God is doing an amazing work at Maple Grove Covenant Church! Over the last few months over 166 people have joined a Community Group. That is 80% of our adult Sunday morning attendance. We also worked with a partnering church to pack 285,000 meals for children in Kenya, Africa. Our worship service continues to grow in attendance and excitement. Nearly 20 people have been baptized or recommitted their lives to Christ. Nine people are preparing to serve in the Dominican Republic in January. Just last week a parent communicated to our ChildrenÕs Director how she prayed with her son to trust Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. A young couple preparing for marriage also recommitted their lives to follow Christ. One man described himself as a "Sunday morning Christian." He followed Christ at church but did not understand how to walk with Christ throughout the week. By joining a Community Group and reading the bible daily, he is slowly learning to follow Christ.
