MacRostie Art Center

MacRostie Art Center is a hub for the creative community in the Grand Rapids area. We've been presenting exhibits, teaching classes, and selling local art throughout the Grand Rapids area for 60 years, and in our downtown location for over 25 years.

Each year we work with over 150 artists through our solo and group exhibitions, welcome over 500 arts learners of all ages to our studios, and support over 100 local and regional artists in our Art Shop.

We are celebrating our 60th Anniversary year with an Endowment Builder campaign and a matching grant from the Grand Rapids Area Community Foundation. Since November 2025 we have raised over $30,000 for the endowment and are more than halfway to our goal. Join us in ensuring the MAC remains a vibrant part of our community for the next 60 years and beyond!
