Jeremiah Program

A nonprofit organization

Empowering future leaders,
two generations at a time!

Our #GTMD24 goal is to raise $25,000 to support ONE family for ONE entire year. Jeremiah Program families are future nurses, teachers, astronauts, change-makers! Your support empowers the next generations of our leaders, empowering two generations at a time.

OUR MISSION:

With the holistic support of Jeremiah Program, families are working to disrupt the cycle of generational poverty for themselves and their children. Jeremiah Program prepares determined single mothers to excel in the workforce, readies their children to succeed in school, and reduces generational dependence on public assistance.

Jeremiah Program serves on-campus and off-campus families in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Rochester, and Fargo-Moorhead. Our proven approach includes supporting mothers as they can pursue a career-track college education; quality early childhood education for their children; a safe and affordable place to live; and life-changing empowerment and life skills training.

The Jeremiah Program is an amazing opportunity for single mothers and their children.

Being a part of this community has helped me grow as an individual, and is constantly empowering me as a mother and student.
