Building Jewish identities since 1946...Your donation helps us create camping excellence every summer!
Over 60 years ago a group of Zionists living in the Midwest took the future into their hands. Building a camp for young Jews across the Midwest Herzl Camp's founders, Rose and Harry Rosenthal and Irv and Cecelia Waldman, had the foresight to create a place where children could learn about their heritage in fun and creative ways. They built a camp that continues to instill the traditions and values that have kept the Jewish people alive. Every summer 700 campers gather on the shores of Devils Lake to immerse themselves in Jewish life, leadership roles, and life-long friendships. If you were one of them, thank you for giving to the next generation. If you were not, thank you for making Herzl Camp a priority for your family. It has been 63 wonderful years... Here's to Dear Old Herzl and the next 63 years!
