๐Ÿ’š ๐Ÿ’š WELCOME TO HEALING HEARTS RESCUE! ๐Ÿ’œ ๐Ÿ’œ

We hope youโ€™ll consider joining us in supporting Healing Hearts Rescue, as we truly work hard to save endless dogs in need, from Missouri to Texas to North Dakota to right here in Minnesota. We are a completely volunteer run organization and rely on donations to help pay for vet bills, food, supplies, foster care, training and transportation.

Healing Hearts Rescue is a 501(c)(3), volunteer-based, non-profit dog rescue dedicated to changing the lives of animals whom humans have failed by finding them safe and loving homes. Through the power of rescue, lives will be saved, hearts will be healed and you might find yourself asking โ€œWho rescued who?โ€.

Donations are tax deductible and can be made by clicking the DONATE button. Any donation leading up to or at any time on Give to the Max Day (November 21st) is truly appreciated.

Healing Hearts Rescue is located in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota that  is 100% funded through adoption fees and donations. We believe every dog deserves to be loved as true members of a family and are committed to fulfilling that dream one dog at a time!

You can also help by spreading the word! Please feel free to share this link with family, friends, coworkers, neighbors and dog lovers alike. Every donation in any amount really adds up!

๐Ÿ’œ  When Krystal came to us, she was so happy to be rescued. She loved everyone she met. She waited happily in her foster home for her spay/dental appointment so she could begin the search for her forever family. Finally her appointment day arrived. But things didn't go as planned. The vet called and said she had a hernia that they would need to go back in and repair the next day. So, she spent the night at the vet in preparation for the next surgery. The follow-up call from the vet also wasn't what we expected. The news was not good. The hernia was in her diaphragm, and the damage was too great for them to repair. Her organs were all up in her chest cavity. Options weren't good. We could make her a hospice dog, try and find a specialist to repair the huge hole somehow, or let her go. How does something like this happen? Usually, it's the result of being kicked so hard the diaphragm ruptures. Seriously. Well, this tiny girl had been through too much for us to give up.

Fast forward to our incredible vet partner who stepped up to try the surgery to save our girl. And she did! Krystal is currently all healed up and getting ready to head to her forever home. Rescue for the win! We love you, Krystal!! ๐Ÿ’œ
