The Arc Minnesota Southeast Region

The Arc promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, actively supporting them and their families in a lifetime of full inclusion and participation in their communities. 

The Arc improves the quality of life for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities and assists them in obtaining the full range of civil rights, including the right to equal education, housing, and employment.  

The Arc supports and advocates to secure and enhance opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to choose how they live, learn, work and play in their communities.
