The Musical Offering explores chamber music that will surprise you. Delight you. And inspire you.

Discover new treasures of chamber music with The Musical Offering (TMO), featuring world-class musicians from the Minnesota Orchestra. The Musical Offering, named for a composition by J.S. Bach, is the Twin Cities' longest continually-performing chamber music ensemble.

Our mission is to perform chamber music that engages audiences and musicians by linking personal experience with the vibrancy and depth of classical chamber music.

We believe having affordable concerts by top quality professional musicians, in an easily accessible auditorium, meets that mission. But, we cannot do it without your financial support.

Unlike a larger group, we are not bogged down by heavy administrative and performance venue costs, meaning that proportionally more of your dollars go directly to supporting the art and artists. Our sustainable model relies on your contributions, and we thank you for it. You have the assurance that your dollar is working harder to create incredible musical experiences unique to the Twin Cities.

Please consider making a financial gift to Friends of The Musical Offering.   Your gift of any size will make a tremendous difference. Thank you!

And check out our new concert season, opening on November 24. See you at Sundin Hall!  The Musical Offering 2019-2020 concert season
