Food Allergy Support Group of Minnesota

We empower families affected by food allergies by providing support, education, and a community to build personal connections.

The Food Allergy Support Group of Minnesota (FASGMN) has positively impacted the lives of many families living with food allergies. The families we help typically come to us  anxiety about how they can continue to keep their child safe while living a full life filled with parties, eating out at restaurants, preparing to send their child to daycare, elementary school, and college.

FASGMN provides hope, education and emotional support to these families by offering numerous programs designed to help them live in the real world. Some of our programs include:

• Interactive, informational website
• Mentor Program for individual support
• Y.E.S. (Youth Empowered by Support) Program for kids
• Food Allergy Meetings/Support Group Meetings
• Annual Food Allergy Resource Fair
• Safe family events such as the Big Quack at the Water Park of America
