For over 50 years, ESR has focused on discovering and supporting the employment choices of adults with disabilities.  We currently supported more than 460 individuals.  Over 250 are employed in integrated community jobs and we are discovering new job opportunities every day. ESR continues to strengthen partnerships with companies like the Minnesota State Lottery and American Polywater, while we expand the work we do with employers such as KTek and Cardinal Health to create even more opportunities and choices.

The current trend in services for people with disabilities is to focus on opportunities that maximize inclusion in the larger community. ESR strongly agrees with this philosophy and will continue to put this focus at the center of everything we do.

Support from people like you is vital to helping us continue to serve adults with disabilities. ESR appreciates the support we and urge you to consider supporting us this year. We have some exciting news to share! ESR will be merging with a similar disability services provider, Rise, Incorporated. Rise has been a leading provider of employment, housing and life enrichment services to people with disabilities and other challenges in the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota. This merger will be fully effective in January 2019.
