Do It Green! Minnesota

Our mission is to educate Minnesotans about green and sustainable living and support healthy, local communities.

Do It Green! Minnesota became a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in 2000. Originally the called the Twin Cities Green Guide, it was the brainchild of founder Ami Voeltz and like-minded volunteers who set about to provide readers practical information and tools for green and sustainable living.

We offer the annual Green Gifts Fair, and our website, doitgreen.org, contains hundreds of green living articles, sustainability tips, a community calendar, and a green living blog.

We remain a primarily volunteer-run organization, created by the community for the community.  We rely on support from members of the public to continue our programming.  Please consider making a donation today!
