My name is Natasha and I am CEAP’s Program Administration Manager. I initially joined the CEAP community as a single mom visiting CEAP’s Food Market before joining CEAP’s staff. I’ve been with CEAP for 15 years and I currently manage CEAP’s housing program, Safe @ Home Brooklyns, because I know how important it is for families to be safe at home together.
Every day, I walk hand in hand with our neighbors to take action that will keep them in their homes with the lights on. I know the ins and outs of resources like energy assistance and have spent over a decade building trust and community with landlords and property managers to mediate on participants’ behalf. Most importantly, I know what it’s like to need someone to listen to and hear you; I am committed to being that person when neighbors visit CEAP.
