Hunger exists in Cook County and each November, the Cook County community in partnership with the Grand Marais Art Colony host the annual Empty Bowls fundraiser to raise funds for the Cook County Food Shelf and other community hunger programs. This year’s Empty Bowls event is Thursday, November 14 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Grand Marais.

The Empty Bowls organizing committee once again invites you to sponsor the event by donating at one of the following levels:

Event Sponsor: $1000 +

Business Sponsor: $500 - $999

Table Sponsor: $250 - $499

Sponsors at $1000+ level are encouraged to provide a banner for their business to be displayed at the event. All sponsors are recognized both at the event and in event marketing. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated.

50 percent of your sponsorship goes directly to the Cook County Food Shelf. The remaining 50 percent is granted to other organizations nourishing those in our community living below the poverty line, including Birch Grove Foundation WE Connect, Cook County Youth Agency, Cook County Public Health and Human Services, local schools, Snack Packs, Cook County Council on Aging, SNAP, and Cooperation Station Day Care. Thanks in large part to business sponsors like yourself, last year’s event raised more than $25,000 for Cook County hunger programs. This year, with your help, we know we can raise even more.

Thank you and we hope to see you on November 14!

Please note: If you use this form to make your business sponsorship donation, please put your business name in the dedication field so we can properly acknowledge your donation. Thanks so much!
