Minnesota STEM Partnership

A nonprofit organization

100% complete

$0 Goal

We deliver high quality equity based STEM-technology & engineering focused education and programming for BIPOC students within the Twin Cities - free of course to students.  Over the past 4 years we see a few distinct barriers to participation.  If we had to waive our magic wand and solve our biggest problems and concerns we'd find funding for transportation, provide support for our incredible summer camp, address "quality" nutrition needs of our student participants, and expand our solar/clean energy & drone workforce programs.

The Minnesota STEM Partnership is focused on broadening participation in STEM disciplines polarized around advancing and emerging technologies for students of color from urban centers across Minnesota.  Our goal is to provide all programs barrier free to  our target group of students who need it most.  Like many rapidly expanding programs our greatest challenge as we scale is to become sustainable.  We've learned a lot through our rapid growth as we fill in a multitude of equity-based gaps across ethnicities and genders.  We also recognize our delivery model is very lean and fiscally responsible, it still requires significant financial contributions in combination with over fifty volunteers will truly make change happen.  We are open to major sponsors, volunteer hour contributions as well as your individual donations are especially appreciated!

Thank you for your thoughtful consideration in helping us grow and sustain this incredible program.
