728 Cadets Marching Band / River Valley Performing Arts
728 Cadets Marching Arts combines athletics, education, and the arts to deliver life-changing experiences through music in motion. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we build self-esteem, foster teamwork, and inspire pride in young performers striving for excellence.
Annual programming includes summer marching as the 728 Cadets Marching Band and in the Winter, students perform in three winter ensembles: River Valley Percussion Theatre (RVPT), River Valley Sound (RVS), and River Valley Winter Guard (RVWG). The River Valley winter ensembles have developed highly accomplished and talented musicians in the MN scholastic arena, earning many first-place awards. In addition, their ensembles have placed them as National Finalists at the WGI Worlds Championship for several consecutive years.
